Service Description

Meet for spiritual care and conversation at your favorite coffee shop in San Luis Obispo County, CA or choose from one of my regular spots if you're unsure. The relaxed, informal setting of a café creates a comfortable, non-clinical environment for meaningful discussion. Coffee shops function as "third places"—neutral grounds outside of home and work where people naturally feel more at ease opening up and connecting with others. Integrating mental health services into familiar, friendly coffee shop settings lowers barriers to getting treatment and builds therapeutic rapport through the comfortable, community-oriented atmosphere. The sensory engagement, ambiance, and overall environment of coffee shops significantly contribute to emotional relaxation and well-being, providing a space where individuals can unwind, socialize, and process emotions. The casual public setting reduces the formality and potential anxiety of traditional clinical spaces, making it easier to have authentic conversations in an environment that feels both private and gently held by community presence. Perfect for those who prefer a cozy indoor option. After you book, please DM me your favorite coffee or tea—my treat. I'll order it 5 minutes before our session starts.
